Returns & Refunds

The Savvy Golfer aims to make your shopping experience with us as simple and enjoyable as possible. We will refund or exchange items of clothing and shoes if the sizing is incorrect. Sizing charts are provided for your convenience to help ensure correct sizing first up.

All items you wish to return must be in their original packaging, un-worn, undamaged, unmarked, and with all their tags.

Gift Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

How do I exchange an item?

In order to exchange an item it is advised to order your replacement separately to ensure you do not miss out on the replacement that you like. In a separate process return your exchange item/s; as long as the returns policy and procedures have been followed your return will be honored.

 

How do I cancel an order?

Unfortunately orders once confirmed cannot be amended or cancelled. If items need to be returned please follow return policy and procedures or if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

When do items need to be returned by?
Returns will be accepted within 21 days of original delivery.

How do I return item/s?

All items you wish to return must be in their original packaging, un-worn, undamaged, unmarked, and with all their tags. Please include a note with your name, address, contact number, email address and the reason for returning the item/s.

 

Your refund will be processed upon receiving the returned items and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that this can take up to five business days.

 

All items for returns or exchanges remain the responsibility of the customer until received by The Savvy Golfer.

 

No credits or refunds will be issued for any items not returned in accordance with return procedures.

 

Shipping fees for returns
Delivery fee/charges are not refundable except for the instance where it is a result of our error (for example if you received an incorrect or defective item).

 

If item(s) you purchased were sent to you incorrectly or defective, we will at our expense organise a return pickup and send you a replacement at our expense.
